All sales are final. Items cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with your order email us at info.rushandoak@gmail.com

ORDERING
All products on www.rushandoak.com are available for pre-order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.

Rush and Oak may require additional personal information in order to verify identity. In the event that additional information is required, we will make multiple attempts to contact you. We will attempt e-mail contact, and await a response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no response from the customer within 48 hours.

SHIPPING

All packages are processed for shipping within 3-4 weeks of your purchase unless noted in the product description. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of Rush and Oak once shipped. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Rush and Oak does not offer exchanges or returns on any product. All sales are final.

Rush and oak makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all warranties.
